What does Nikolabot Pro include?
Pro unlocks unlimited chat with every AI specialist, full in-depth reports on any robot in the database, and the AI-written daily industry brief. It is available as a monthly or an annual subscription. Browsing the robot database and reading the news feed are free.
How do I cancel or change my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. Open the iOS Settings app, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and choose Nikolabot. You can switch between the monthly and annual plans from inside the App — open Me and tap your Pro membership card. Switching plans uses Apple's built-in proration.
I subscribed but Pro isn't active.
Open Me and tap Restore purchases while connected to the internet, making sure you are signed in with the same Apple Account that made the purchase. If the problem persists, email us with the order number from your Apple purchase history.
Can I use the app without signing in?
Yes. You can continue as a Guest. If you subscribe as a Guest and later sign in with Apple or email, your Pro access moves with you.
Where do the specifications and prices come from?
Every entry is compiled from the manufacturer's own published material — product pages, spec sheets and press releases. Where a manufacturer does not publish a figure, we show a dash rather than an estimate. Prices are the published list price and can change at any time; treat them as a reference, not a quote.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Open Me and tap Delete account. This removes your email, saved reports, preferences and chat history from our servers.
Is my chat with the AI private?
Chat messages are sent to our AI provider to generate a reply. We do not use your chats to train any model and do not share them with advertisers. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Is Nikolabot affiliated with the manufacturers it covers?
No. Nikolabot is an independent reference application. Manufacturer and product names are trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to identify the products being described. AI-generated responses and reports may contain errors — verify anything important against the manufacturer's own documentation before making a purchase decision.
